For me, the joy of helping passengers every day with their travel needs is what keeps me passionate about the travel industry. Whether passengers are fulfilling their dream vacation, planning a family ,once in a lifetime reunion, travelling for work or compassionate trip, exceeding their expectations is what I enjoy.
I have been told my strength is service after sale. I have passed on the travel bug to my two girls, and now they work to travel as well , the apple doesn’t fall from the tree.
