I’ve been in this industry for many, many years and I have seen numerous changes. I remember hand writing tickets and doing every
Reservation over the telephone. Things are much faster these days as far as Reservations go but I still like talking to a real person and my clients do too.
I have travelled to so many interesting places over the years. My most recent destinations have been Barbados, the North & South of Ireland, Turks & Caicos and a refresher trip Punta Cana to see what was new and exciting for this coming winter.
